We have been making cheeseboards since we opened the shop and we consider them not just a wonderful way to start a party but also an artful expression of the seasons and local bounty. Our standard cheeseboard feeds 8-10 people and features local cheese (Valley Shepherd, Bobolink, Old Chatham), charcuterie (although we will make no-meat boards as well), organic fruit and vegetables, and edible flowers.  We also do smaller nibble boxes for on-the-go or picnics, grazing table installations for large parties, or will do custom cheeseboards using your own platter or board.
